Managing incoming messages

On the left side choose the Message option and select urgent, complaints or comments.

A page opens.

Replying to messages​

Click on the Reply button in the message you are responding to.

A recording popup will appear. Click on the Record button to start recording.

When you have finished your message, click the Stop button.

If you are satisfied with your message, click Send to send your reply to the driver. If you are not happy with your initial recording, click Try Again and repeat the process.

Deleting messages​

In the message to be deleted, click on the Remove icon.

A popup is displayed. Click on the Confirm button.

Archiving messages​

In the message to archive, click on the Archive icon.

A popup is displayed. Click on the Confirm button.
